Become employed as a Medical Coding Specialist using your skills in analyzing medical records and assigning codes to medical conditions, diagnoses and procedures using complex healthcare coding and classification systems.
Acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for employment in a clinic or physician’s office as a medical assistant. These programs include a balance of didactic classroom instruction and clinical hands on experience.
In the Associate of Science in Medical Billing and Coding program students will be given the tools to function successfully in an entry level position as a Medical Billing and coding associate. They will be provided with a background in front office procedures including finance, billing and coding, and management techniques.
The Associate of Science Nursing program combines classroom theory, skills lab instruction, and patient care simulation along with a range of hands-on clinical experiences in order to prepare graduates to become safe and competent members of the discipline of Nursing.
EKG Technician students will acquire in depth knowledge of the EKG and the conduction system of the heart. Through a balance of classroom and clinical experiences, this program will provide an understanding of pre-hospital emergency medicine and life-saving techniques.
