Massage Therapy is expected to grow faster than average for all occupations, according to the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics. Massage therapy provides relaxation and improvement of physical health.

The Massage Therapy program teaches students the skills necessary for employment in hospitals, fitness centers, spas, wellness centers, or chiropractic offices. Upon completion of this course in massage therapy, students will have taken a variety of courses related to the medical field. Courses include anatomy & physiology, pathology, medical terminology, professional development, bodywork and modalities including Swedish massage, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy to function successfully in an entry level position as a Massage Therapist.

Our program is separated into learning units called modules. You must complete the modules in their entirety, in any sequence, to successfully complete this curriculum. Classes are available 24 hours a day. Students can complete the massage online program within 7 months.

The learning modules of the online Massage Therapy Program encompass lecture, threaded discussion, live chats, electronic video library, interactive activities, assignments and examinations. The program includes a balance of didactic classroom instruction and clinical experiences.

Florida Board of Massage Therapy Licensing Examination

Massage & Bodywork Licensing Examination (MBLEx)

National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB)
